Join our team at EON Kids Academy, a brand-new bilingual After School Program in Setagaya, Tokyo (8-minute walk from Komazawa-daigaku Station). We combine English immersion with STEAM activities and Life Skills for children ages 6–12.
The Schedule: This is a fixed, long-term part-time role.
Pre-Launch Training: Immediate start preferred (Spring Trial: March 26 – April 3).
Official Opening: April 6, 2026.
Standard Hours: Weekdays, 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM (approx. 6 working hours/day).
Commitment: 12–18 hours per week (Maximum 30 hours).
Key Responsibilities: Lead English-based STEAM activities, supervise snack/playtime, track student progress, and ensure a safe, structured learning environment.
Who we'd like to find
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented educators who are passionate about early childhood development.
Education & Legal: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and a valid visa permitting work in Japan (Visa sponsorship is not available).
Language Skills: Daily conversational English or higher (must be able to lead activities in English) and basic Japanese communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys working with children (ages 6–12), is punctual, and is excited to help build a school from the ground up.
Bonus Points: Experience in childcare, education, or an interest in STEAM/Project-Based Learning.

Due to our March 26th pre-launch schedule, we are conducting an accelerated hiring process.

Mandatory Teaching Demo: Along with your documents, you must submit a 10–15 minute video of yourself teaching a topic (Jobs, Phonics, or STEAM) to a group of elementary students. (Note: Applications without a video will not move forward).
Interview Stages: Candidates will undergo a document screening, followed by 2–3 online interviews and a demo review.
Deadline: Applications must be submitted by February 20, 2026.
